Business Development Manager (Mid-West Territory) / Business Development Manager (Virginia & Tennessee Territory)

The Business Development Manager will engage in strategic planning to enhance business objectives by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new agencies and customers. A detailed approach to tasks and an ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the organization are necessary. The ideal candidate will utilize vital planning, sales, and relationship-building skills to foster business opportunities by contacting potential clients throughout a specified territory. This position is remote, and strong affiliations within law enforcement are a plus.

 

Customer Service Coordinator (Several Shifts)

Customer Service Coordinators participate in daily operations to support business objectives by servicing customers in their jurisdiction, maintaining a database of client information, interacting with customers, and ensuring the quality of service meets the company standard.

 

Desktop Support Technician

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for managing day-to-day trouble tickets, technology assets, onboarding/offboarding of employees, and other technology projects. This position will diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems, determine the source of problems, and classify their level, priority, and nature. The ideal candidate will configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other computer and telecommunications equipment by installing and supporting PCs, laptops, tablets, and mobile hardware/software.

 

Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist position provides financial, administrative, and clerical services within our Accounting Department. Responsibilities include following up on invoice delivery and outstanding invoices using various customer portals, performing account reconciliation, maintaining receivable files and records, and resolving any discrepancies.
