Jeff Ladieu is a proven leader of people, teams, and organizations with more than 25 years of direct leadership across a range of complex, high-stakes circumstances. He is self-motivated and learning agile, with demonstrated ability to succeed across diverse work experiences and first-time situations. Jeff completed a psychology education with training in Certified Public Management (CPM) and LEAN continuous process improvement programs as the former Captain with the New Hampshire State Police. Jeff also served as the Bureau Commander overseeing the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), Uniform Crime Report (UCR), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Information Security Officer (ISO) sections, Justice-One section, and the National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System section.
