Jeff Martin is a Business Development Manager for Off Duty Management (ODM). Prior to joining ODM, Jeff had a successful 30+ year career in law enforcement holding supervisor and command level positions in University, Municipal, and County agencies.  Jeff holds a Master Police Officer Certificate and is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s Southern Police Institute (112 AOC).
