Off Duty Management (hereinafter “ODM”) has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following privacy statement describes the information gathering and dissemination practices of ODM that apply to interactions and communications that you may have with ODM through our mobile applications, our website, and other online services (collectively, the “ODM Applications”) and through other interactions and communications you have with us. Please note that when you access any external links from the ODM Applications, those links may be associated with other websites that have different privacy policies specific to those websites. We encourage you to read all privacy policies.
This privacy statement applies to persons anywhere in the world (collectively, “Users”) that interact with the ODM Applications to arrange and schedule security services. Please note that this statement does not apply to information we collect from third party security service providers who use the ODM platform under license (hereinafter, “Security Provider”) to provide Users with security services. If you interact with the ODM Applications as both a User and a Security Provider, the respective privacy statements apply to your different interactions.
Personal Information Collection
ODM may collect personally identifiable information about you when you interact with ODM Applications or otherwise communication with us. Personally identifiable information may include a name, telephone number, email address, date of birth, home or business and mailing address, social security number, W-9 information, and a payment method, employment information, marital status, and education level (collectively, “Personal Information”). Specifically, ODM may collect Personal Information that you provide directly to us when you register or modify a user account, request security services, contact customer support, or request more information about ODM Services. When you use our the ODM Applications, ODM may collect additional information about you in the following general categories:
Transaction Information: ODM, in certain instances, may collect payment information when a User submits a request for security services through ODM Applications. Payment information, when submitted, is encrypted via SSL encryption software. ODM may collect payment information for purposes of processing and completing a requested transaction payment. Payment information will only be disclosed to third parties as part of provisioning security services to the User.
Log Information: When you interact with the ODM Applications, ODM may collect server logs, which may include information such as device IP address, and access dates and times.
ODM will provide you with the choice and means for limiting the use and disclosure of your Personal Information before ODM uses or discloses the Personal Information for a purpose other than for which it was originally collected.
How ODM Collects Personal Information
Our Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information
At times, ODM may use the services of independent companies to provide certain services to you, including, without limitation, website hosting services, credit card processing, order processing, and guest surveys (“Internet Service Providers” or “Authorized Third Parties”). ODM may share your Personal information with the Internet Service Providers as appropriate. ODM will not share Personal Information without outside third parties without your consent, except to the extent necessary to complete your request for services offered through the ODM Applications.
ODM may use your Personal Information to contact you via mail, e-mail, or telephone or order to give you updates about ODM Services, new services, or other promotions that may be of interest to you. ODM may also use return e-mail addresses to answer an e-mail we receive from you. Your e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose or shared with outside third parties for their direct marketing purposes. ODM may also use your IP address to help protect ODM and our Internet Service Providers from fraud.
We may also use non-personal aggregate information to improve ODM Applications. For example, our Internet Service Provides may report to us that there were a particular number of visitors to a certain area of our ODM Applications, or that a certain number of businesses or a certain number of individuals completed our registration forms. Such information may also be used to analyze the effectiveness of our business and advertising models.
ODM may also disclose your Personal Information as is necessary to: (a) comply with a subpoena or court order; (b) cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) establish or exercise our legal rights; (d) protect the property or safety of ODM employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, and users; (e) defend against legal claims; (f) help with internal and external investigations; (g) as otherwise required by law or permitted by law. ODM may disclose your Personal Information in connection with any transaction that involves the sale or assignment of some or all of ODM assets.
Data Storage and Security
ODM makes reasonable efforts to ensure that our Internet Service Providers have implemented physical, electronic, technical, organizational, and procedural security measures to assist with safeguarding your Personal Information, and to help protect against unauthorized access and disclosure. Only ODM personnel and our Internet Service Providers who perform legitimate business functions for ODM are authorized to access your Personal Information.
Children and Data Collection
Content on the ODM Applications are not directed towards children who are under the age of 18. ODM does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If ODM or its Internet Service Providers become aware that a child has provided ODM with Personal Information without parental consent, that information will be deleted from our databases.
