Off Duty Management (hereinafter, “ODM”) has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following privacy statement describes the information gathering and dissemination practices of ODM that apply to interactions and communications that you may have with ODM through our mobile applications, our website, other online services (collectively, the “ODM Applications”) and through other interactions and communications you have with us. Please note that when you access any external links from the ODM Applications, those links may be associated with other websites that have different privacy policies specific to those websites. We encourage you to read all privacy policies.
This privacy statement applies to third party security service persons anywhere in the world (hereinafter, “Security Provider”) that interacts with the ODM Applications to provide other persons with security services. Please note that this statement does not apply to information we collect from Users that arrange and schedule security services through the ODM Applications. If you interact with ODM Applications as both a User and a Security Provider, the respective privacy statements apply to your different interactions.
Personal Information Collection
ODM may collect personally identifiable information about you when you interact with ODM Applications or otherwise communication with us. Personally identifiable information may include a name, telephone number, email address, date of birth, home or business and mailing address, social security number, W-9 information, and employment information (collectively, “Personal Information”). Specifically, ODM may collect Personal Information that you provide directly to us when you register or modify a user account, contact customer support, or request more information about ODM Services.
When you use our the ODM Applications, ODM may collect additional information about you in the following general categories:
Location Information: ODM may collect and maintain records of precise location data of your mobile device when the ODM mobile application is being executed in the foreground or the background of your mobile device. ODM may derive approximate location data from an Internet Protocol (IP) address associated with the mobile device while the ODM mobile application is being executed.
Device Information: ODM may collect information about your mobile device, including for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and filenames and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.
Log Information: When you interact with the ODM Applications, ODM may collect server logs, which may include information such as device IP address, and access dates and times.
Our Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information
ODM may also disclose your Personal Information as is necessary to: (a) comply with a subpoena or court order; (b) cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) establish or exercise our legal rights; (d) protect the property or safety of ODM employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, Security Providers, and users; (e) defend against legal claims; (f) help with internal and external investigations; (g) as otherwise required by law or permitted by law. ODM may disclose your Personal Information in connection with any transaction that involves the sale or assignment of some or all of ODM assets.
Data Storage and Security
ODM makes reasonable efforts to ensure that our Internet Service Providers have implemented physical, electronic, technical, organizational, and procedural security measures to assist with safeguarding your Personal Information, and to help protect against unauthorized access and disclosure. Only ODM personnel and our Internet Service Providers who perform legitimate business functions for ODM are authorized to access your Personal Information.
