Account Coordinator (Several Shifts)
Account Coordinators participate in daily operations to support business objectives by servicing customers in their jurisdiction, maintaining a database of client information, interacting with customers, and ensuring the quality of service meets the company standard.
The Accounting Assistant supports the accounting department by performing clerical and administrative tasks, including processing and recording transactions, handling invoices, bookkeeping, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and performing other duties as needed.
Accounts Receivable Specialist
The Accounts Receivable Specialist provides financial, administrative, and clerical services within our Accounting Department. The duties include preparing account receivable transactions, processing customers’ payments, monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
