David served the Henderson Police Department for 30 years, holding ranks from Officer to Deputy Chief. He was a Certified Computer Forensics Expert with the United States Secret Service Task Force, Captain of the Investigative Services & Corrections Division, Assistant to the Chief of Police, and responsible for the Uniform Services Division. David’s expertise extends to Business Management, as he also oversaw sales of law enforcement body cameras in the Western United States. He graduated from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) Police Academy and the FBI National Academy Session #270.
