Prior to joining Off Duty Management, Shellie had a successful 35+ year career in law enforcement holding supervisor and command level positions. Shellie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice/Public Administration. She attended and graduated from several Public Safety Leadership courses to include the FBI National Academy Session #280, Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command Session #325, and the PERF – Senior Management Institute for Police. She proudly served her community as a Dispatcher, Animal Control Officer, Deputy Sheriff, Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Commander with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office in Golden, CO, and Wheat Ridge Police Department in Wheat Ridge, CO.
