My agency—the Pinal County
(Arizona) Sheriff ’s Office
(PCSO)—works tirelessly to
maintain a positive working relationship
with our community while providing the
utmost public safety. After all, we not only
serve our community, but we also live here.
We attend the same churches, our kids play sports together, and we share friendships
with many residents and businesses.
But PCSO is not immune to the challenges
facing law enforcement agencies.
We occasionally attract criticism from
community members for officer misconduct
or criminal acts, on and off duty.
